Expediticus Justice in Benton County.

A young man giving his name is John' Morrow and claiming to be from Kentucky, stole a horse from Lott Bayless, of York township, last Thursday nighs. He was pursued and’ arrested at Boswell where he tried to sell the horse, oil Friday. He plead guilty in circuit court in Fowler Satturday and was sentenced to the penitentiary for three years. The real name of the prisoner is John Morrell and his parents, whoreside in Ripley county are respetable members of society. Deputy sheriff, Doir Loman took him to the penitentiary last Tuesday.— Fowler Review-.
