GILLAM ITEMS. People praying for rain. . Weather excessively warm. P. A. Deselms has returned ftom her Vsdt at Brook. Mr. C. P. Mitchell, now a resident of Fort Wayne, visited his paaents, last week. The Normal closed last Friday night by a very interesting entertainment. The COtthty Superintendent being present The Misstes Imhs, of Monticello, who have been Visiting their many friends took their departure for Rensselaer on Monday. The students of the Normal extend their thunks to them for the excellent ‘music furnished at the entertainment. Mr. L. W. Hunt of the Normal, while attempting to retain his collar, tell and broke his collar, (Bone) There are twenty bf our boys and ■girls attending cdunty Institute this week.
