Daniel Duvall, whose illness has been lately noticed in this paper, died at bis residence in this place, last Saturday morning. The cause of his death is stated to have been catarrh of the and Ins illness has been of about two years duration. Mr. Duvall was born in Kosciusco county, this state, in February 1841, being thus less than forty-four years old at the time of his death. He was brought to Rensselaer in 1842, and, generally speaking, this place has bbeh his residence ever since. He was left an orphan at four years, his early life being, consequently, one of hardship and neglect. The family he leaves behind him consists of a wife and six children, the latter being all young, one of them an infant of five months. The ftmbral wtt£ held from the residence, Sunday afternoon, and„ Was conducted by the Rev. T. 0. Webster. It was very largely attended by the many friends and. acquaintances of the family.
