DITCH NOTICES Pitch Cause, 41. 1 John Reed; ex parte. 4 iK the Jasper Circuit Couth NOTICE is hereby given to all concerned, that in the abdve fehtitled cause, the Jasper Circuit Court, on the 20th day for the petitioner establishing the work prayed for, approving the assessments for benefits, and directing the Undersigned James T. .Jteijdle, commissioner ®f drainage, to matte and construct the proposed work. (See Order Book No. 11, Pages 314 to 316 inclusive of said Coitrt.) 1 now give notice to all concerned, and especially to: John Reed, Stephen Moore, John Wilkinson, Nathan C. Barger,’ Michael Mulcahy’ Ella Summers, Emma Summers, Joseph B. Mansur’ Amelia B. Mansur, and Celia Mansur, heirs of Isaiah Mari- » sur, deceased, . William 11* Miller, Emeline Barney, Alfred McCoy, Thomas Thompson, William Washburn, Henry P. Jones, Theodore H. Kistiue, | and Jasper county, Indiana, for benefits | to highways in Jordan I township, all hayi.ed in said iudgriient as liable to pay assessments for that purpose, that I wjlt proceed to have said work constructed, and will at the residence of William Washburn, near the terminus of the proposed ditch, on the 11th day of August, 1884, at 10 o’clock a. ip., proceed to l.et the construction of the s»id work, described .in thfi said order, according to the specifications in rny possession, and open for inspection; to the lowest, bidder, Commencing ap.tne mouth of said ditch. The construction will be contracted by the cubic yard, arid the work mint,.proceed in the order of letting, unless otherwise ordered by me.
