The move the true inwardness cf the late failure of McCracken W Kirk, the boot and shoe dealers. ! becomes apparent to the' public the more it looks like a deliberate and long premeditated swindle. These kind cf self sought swindling failures are of a very common cccuience and ought to receive the severest con lemnafiou. r Several departments of the Rensselaer public schools ere cursed by the presence of three or four incorrigibly bad, mis-, chievous, insolent 1 toys who not only do ho good for thfnmelves but half lain the efficiency of the s<• I jo< <l lor alt-others, -Xy.,thier unhallowed presence. Tub lie opinion should demand that these --boys should be required to either mend their ways at once, and . for all time, or be expelled from tl G school. The fact that the young boys ayd girls of this town are. subjected to such contaminating and demoralizing influences as results from associating daily with these young ruffians is a burning ir/orfg, and should not be endured.
