The Monon Sensation.

The town of Monon is “all tore up” over the arrest there, last Saturday, of Ben Reynolds, Fred Bloomer and two or three other men, one of them a negro, charged with stealing coal from cars on the railroad. Reynolds is out on bail but the others are in the Monticello jail. »If reports are correct, the case against Hie arrested parties is very strong. Reynolds is about the most prominent business man of Monon, and bothlie and Bloomer are well known in Rensselaer, of which place they were formerly residents.
