George Friday has on exhibition a beet which weighs 18J pounds, but qur big potatoes have been beaten by one in the Republican office at Rensselaer which weighs 4 pounds.—[Montieello Herald. That beet beats our beet by three quarters of a pound; but what has The Herald got to say abopt our 12 pound “turnick” and 25 pound cabbage head, we’d just like to know?
