Thirteen O'clock.
The new railroad time standard, which goes into use on most of the railroads of the country, on, the 18th of this month, has already been thoroughly explained in this paper. The L., N. A. & C„will use it. The time now in use on this road is Chicago time. The new time will be nine minutes slower. Some of the roads, about to use the new system, will, also, adopt timepieces which will show the hours from one to twenty-four.
