Don’t kill the Birds.
Section 2108 of the revised statutes of the state of Indiana reads as follows. Whoever killa-or-injures, or pursues with intent to do so, any turtle dove, sparrow, robin, blue bird, meadow lark., wren, swallow, martin, thrush, inavis, orible, red bird, grosbeak’ yellow-hammer or dicker, eat bird, ground robin, pewee or pheeb’e bint cuckoo, indigo bird, nuthatch, creeper, yellow bird or fringilla, warbler or finch, redstart, dunnnock, nightingale, dove, crossbill or crake, great tit or blue tit, or wantonly destroys or disturbs the eggs of any such birds, shall be fined not more than ten dollars nor less than one. ...... ■ -«> » ♦>. ■ School Books and School Supplies of all kinds, and extremely cheap, at I\ B.
