FROM HANGING GROVE.
Roads bad and health generally poor. Mr. Isaac Parker is just recovering from a severe illness. Charley Randle has been sick for a few days, caused by falling from a hay-mow. Mr. David Cray is also very dangerously ill, his recovery is doubtful. Farmers are now doing up their work and preparing for winter. As a general thing they have a very good crop of most everything, much better than was expected. Thus we find that he that labors shall be rewarded. Mr. John Phillips hai returned from Ohio', where he has been visiting his grand-father. He will probably spend the winter with us. a Miss Fannie Whitaker is also on the sick list. Mr. Henry Randle is. repairing his barn, building graneries and re setting his fences. Y e thinks this is a good idea.
UNCLE BEN.
