Asbury University is to cease to exist, under that name, and to be merged into DePauw The methodists of the state had so nearly met the requirements of Mr. DftPauw’s magnificent proposition, that he accepts their work, and 45 per cent, of his immense fortune will soon be in tlie possession of the university.
