As we have told our readers several times, the L. N-A. & C. Railway is a part owner of the Western Indiana Belt Line, and eiders Chicago over its track. The Western Indiana began work, last week, on a splendid passenger depot, upon Polk Street. It is to cost a half-million, and to be car-nect-tp completion at the earliestpossible date.
