Sheriffs Sale. BY virtue of a certified copy of a decree, to me directed, from the clerk of the Jasper Circuit court, in a cause wherein Samuel J. Wirick and George W. Cook are plaintiff's, and Olinthas V. Walters* Enphie Walters and Sechler A; Co , (An incorporated company of which David MSechler is president and Thomas M. Sechler is secretary) are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Seven hundred and Thirty-eight dollars and Fortyseven cents. ($738.47) together with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale, for cash in hand,on Saturday August 18th 1883, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m., and 4 o’clock p. ni.,of said day, at the door of the Court House, in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana* the rents and profits, for a term not exceeding seven years, the following described Real estate to-wit: The South-west quarter (!£) of tho North-east quarter (>i), and the North-west quarter (>4) of the South-east quarter (>-4) ot Section Fourteen (14) Township Twenty-eight (28)North, Range Six (6) West.
