z Sheriff s Sale. BY virtue of a certified copy of a decree, to me directed, from the clerk of the Jasper Circuit court, in a cause wherein Samuel J. Wirick and George W. Cook are plaintiffs, and Olinthas V. Walters* Euphie Walters and Sechler & Co , (An incorporated company of which David M. Sechler is president and Thomas M. Sechler Is secretary ) are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Seven hundred and Thirty-eight dollars and Fortyseven cents. ($738.47) together with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale, for cash in hand, on Saturday August 18th 1883, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m., and 4 o’clock p. m.,of said day, at the door of the Court House, in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, the rents and profits, for a term not exceeding seven years, the following described Real estate to-wit: The South-west quarter (14) of the North-east quarter ( z q). and the'North-west quarter (>4) of the South-east quarter (X) of Section Fourteen (14) Township Twenty-eight (28)North, Range Six (6) West. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE NOTICE is hereby given to the citizens of the town of Rensselaer, and Marion township, in Jasper county. and State of Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant of said Township, County and State aforesaid, over the age of twenty-one years, not in the habit Of becoming intoxicated, and a fit person to be entrusted with the sale of intoxicating liquors, will apply to to the Board of Commissioners of Jasper county, in the State of Indiana at their regular September Session, A. D. 1883, for a license to sell spirituous, vinous, malt and all other intoxicating liquors, in a less quantity than a quart at a time, with the privilege of allowing the same to be drank on the premises where sold. The precise location of the premises wherein said liquors are to be sold and drank is in tlie lower story of a two storv frame building fronting on Washington street in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, and situated upon the following described premises, to-wit: Commencing at the corner of lot nine (9) in block nine (9) att.ie corner of Washington and Van Rensselaer streets, in the town of Rensselaer, Jasper county, Indiana, running thence north 57 degrees 10 min’ East, parallel with Washington street, twenty-one i2l) feet; thence north 32 degrees 50 min. West, twenty-eight and one-half (28J4) feet; thence South 57 degrees 10 min. West, twenty-one (21) feet, to the easterly line of Van Renssselaer street; thence South 32 degrees 50 min. East, twenty-eight and one-half the place of beginning.
