The Special Session. The* Special Session of the Jasper Circuit Court will convene this, (Thursday) afternoon. Judge Ward„having been called to Kansas City, Mo., on. important busi ness, has appointed the Hon. R. S. Dwiggins to preside during the session. Judgp Vinton, of Lafayette, will be present and render his deoision in. a case from Benton county, tried in this county some time since on change-of venue. It is not expected that the session will occupy more than two or three days time.
