Chilcote, his Attorney, and files his application to have judgment opened and at same time ffleft a full answer to the original complaint, and also an affidavit of a want of notice of original complaint herein, together With nn affidavit that said IPlaintiff is not a resident of the State of Indiana, but is a resident of the town of Normal, County of McLean, and State of Illinois.
