Jasper county, Indiana, as follows: The first installment, being 20 per centum of the whole of each Assessment, will be due on the fourth Saturday, the same being the 26th day of May, and each succeeding installment being 2( per cent, of the whole of each assessment, will become due as aforesaid respectively on the 28th day of June, the 28th day of July, the 28th day of August and the 2:ith day of September, all in the year 1883, until the whole is paid, or until a sufficient sum of said dsscssments‘ is realized and collected to construct the said ditch and pay the expenses thereof according to the report of the Commissioners and order of said Court in said cause.
