Court convened Tuesday and the jury was discharged, that day. The case of Raymond and Raymond vs. Raymond and Patrick, an application for a peretual injunction to restrain defendants from collecting a justice court judgment was decided in favor of the plaintiff". Michael Halloran withdrawn his motions for appeals in the state cases recently decided against him and the remaining indictment against him for the illegal selling of liouor was dismissed. On appealed cases against the County Commisioners’ v judgments were given to Sheriff Powell for $53, for attending night sessions of the Commissioners Court. $87,50 sos services of Olliver Robinsou for guarding prisoners, and $59,40 in the Roberts case; and to M. B. Alter s’*3s, for selling jail bonds and disbursing money.
