If the first installment is not paid when due, then both installments become delinquent and ten per cent, penalty will be raided to the full amount. Must be paid in first installment. The Treasurer is responsible for the taxes he could have collected. Therefore Tax-Payers should remember that their taxes MUST bq paid every year, No County Order will be paid to any person owing delinquent taxes. The sale of lands for delinquent taxes begins on the First Monday in March, ISB3. All lands upon which Ditch Tax is delinquent will be offered for sale at that time.
