The nebular theory of Sir Isaao Newton and other eminent astronomers was knocked whirling into space last Saturday night by Asa F. Aside from the peculiar appearance of tho.speaker and the crudity of his ideas, there was nothing of interest in the leoture.
A telegram was received by Mrs. Job Bains of this place; from Cleveland Ohio, informing her that her husband, who had started east a few days before, was lying at that place, in an iifeepsible condition. Mrs. Bains sent a message saying she wunted him well takon care of until she could get to him. A telegram was also sent by the I. O. O. F. here to the brethren at Cleveland to take good care of him* and of course he would have ’ every attention. According to later advices lb is improving.
