Notice is hereby given, that I will offer at Public Salo at my residence, four miles north-west of Rensselaer, on Tuesday, Novem-* her 14th, 1882, the following Me-. scribed property, to-wit. - Two work horses, one yearling colt, four milch cows, sixty head of good sheep, two sows, with sucking pigs, and two buck lambs. Farming implements, a Buckeye, combined machine, hay-rake, two. cultivators, plows and harrow, one wagon, one set of double harness,. one double buggy, one fanning mill, &c. &c—Terms of Sale; —Nine months credit, without interest, will be given on all sums over $5, purchaser executing usual bankable note. If not paid at maturity, notes to draw 8 per cent, interest from date. Sums of $5 and under, cash in hand. —I will offer Thirty head of yoaring steers at private sale, if. not, sold before day of sale.
