THE NOVEMBER ELECTIONS.
Elections are to be he’d in thirty-three States of the Union on Tuesday, the 7th of November. The pluralities in 1889 in the State- which vote Nov. 7 were as below, tho Presidential returns being taken in the main as the basis: Rep.
