Thompson wuh plaintiff, and Benjamin Newman and the unknown heirs of Benjamin Newman, Deceased, were defendants, requiring me to make the sum One Hundred and Eighteen Dollars and Seventeen Cents (118,17), together with interest and costs. I will expose to public sale on * ■Saturday the lOlh Day el June 1882. Between the hours of 10 o clock a. m. and 4 o’clock p. m. of said day, at thedoor of the court house, in the town of KensseUer.Jasper County Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, of the following describee property to-wit: The south half [V4] of the south-west quarter I'i] ®f section Twenty-Bine [291 township Thirty [3o] north, runge Seven [7] west, Jasper county Indiana. And should such rents and profits not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, inter est and costs, I will, at the same time and place and in the manner aforesaid, expose to sale the fee simple of said real estate or so much thereof as shall bo sufficient to discharge said decree, interest and costs.
