By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Jasper Circuit Court, iu a cause wherein John R, Osborne is'plaintiff, and Harrison Courtney, John bwartz, and Nancy Swartz are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of Eight Hundred and Thirty-Six Dollars and Ten Cents (sßi!6.lo], together with interest and costs, I will expose to public sale on Saturday, the 29th Day or April.
