Gillam Convention.

The Gillam Republicans met in convention at the Center schoolhouse, on Saturday, March 25th, for the urpose of nominating cannidates for the various township offices. R. L. P. Massey was elected chairman and J. R. Guild secretary. A. G. Robb, Michael Robinson, Wm. Hanley, and R. L. P. Massey were selected as a township central committee. The foliowning * nominations were made : Trustee, Thomas H. McCullough; Road Superintendent, Willium Rayburn; Assessor, Winfield S. Brown; Justices of the Peace, David Rathfon and Jas. Connord ; Constables, Joseph Long Henry Ballard.
