Mr. Burnham is visiting the ;*sclioolk in this township this weak. The protracted meeting held at Independence chapel by J. ,T. Thompson and Bov. Wood, of Battle Ground, closed on Sunday night. Mr, and Mrs. Hamilton, and Miss Hamilton, of LaGrange coupty, are visiting Mr. Alex. Hamilton’s. The Misses Anderson, of Morocco, are visiting their parents. The Messers Coppess, of Ohio', ■ are visiting their relatives in this place. Mr. B. L. P. Massey, of the west, vent up (o Ex.
