Timmons, Jotin Koss, and Ann Eliza Ritchy, will take notice that the assessments made iu Ditch cause Number three (8), in which James Doming et al. are petitioners. will be duo and piyable at my office, iu the town of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, as follows: The tlrsl installment will ba duo on the 14th day of March, A. D. 1882, and each subsequent installment on the 14th day ot each successive month following, in sums of 20 per cent of the benefits as assessed against each tract ofland until a sufficient Bum shall he realized to construct the work according to the report of the commissoners on draiuage in said cause.
