To Parents and Scholars.

Pursuant to an order of the State Board of Health, no scholar can be admitted to the Rensselaer Public Schools after the first day of January next who cannot furnish evidence of having been successfuly vaccinated. It becomes my duty, therefore, under the law, to see that no scholar is permitted to enter school next term whohas not been properly vaccinated. To save time and confusion npon the reopening of the school next Monday, I win be at Mr. M. F. Chilcote’s oi’dce on Saturday next from 2 to 4 P. M. in order to give permits to reenter school to any scholars who may apply for them. All who can do so, had better procure them at that time, and save themselves and the teachers much time and trouble when school reopens.
