After examining the tree and surroundings, we proceeded to take down the body and examine it. Wo found a pocketknife, piece of tobacco, pencil and money pane cofoaiMng-fl.7e in-cask. I then subpoenaed the following aamed pereens as witnesses: Joriah R-S<, Bbadracte Ro«s, Hersey Dsviason, and Lewis Davisson, the deceased's fol her.
