We will have no County Institute for at least a year and all must feel the necessity for frequent jneetinga -°f toachers. As the majority of teachers will have vacation during holduys, and by that time we will be acquainted with our schools, realize oui needs and be ready for suggestions, we expect ull to come, work, and be benefitted.
