Joliet, HL, July 19This morning’s Joliet Republican says: “The dreaded army worm has made its appearance in Will county for ■ the first time, and in the northern portion of the county is committing great depredations in the oat fields, Farmers are beginning to niirvesv tifen oats green, to save a partial crop. The much-dreaded worm is about the same size and shape of worms which rest in webs on trees.
