Sick Headache.

This complaint fa the result of eating too much and exercising too little. Nine times in ten the cause fa in ths fast that the stomach was not able to itigset the foe* fast intiedaeed into it, either non its ta-.v ing been unsuitable, or oxeeetiv in annuity. A diet of breed and butter, with ripe fruit or berries, with moderate and eontinous exercise in the open air suffideot to keep up a gentle perspiration, would cure almost every case in a short time. Two teaspoonfals of powdered charcoal in a half glam of water, and drank, gives instant relief. We are inclined to think that the above remedies may do in some, hot not in all eases. A sovereign remedy for this dlstxtoting disease fa not easily found. A new correspondent from Connecticut contributes the following on this subject; Sick headache fa periodical, cosnesonat regular intervals, and fa the signal of distress which the stomach puts oat to inform ns that there fa an over-elkaline condition of its fluids; that it needs a natural acid to restore the battery to its normal working condition. When the first symptoms of headache appear, takeatahleapoonful of lemon juice clear, fifteen minutes before each meal, and the same dam at bedtime. Follow this up until all symptoms are passed, taking no other remedtaa, and you will soon be able to go free from this unwelcome nuisance. Mans will object to this because the remedy fa to simple ; but I have made many cores in this way.
