A Fisherman’s Luck.

Last Saturday night Game Warden Smith and three deputies oaptured two men seining in the Wabash near Georgetown. The men were Gharles Shoey and Charles Moody. When discovered by the officers they were wading up to their waists in the cold water and tugging at a heavy sein. At the point of revolvers they were induced to leave their icy bath and come ashore where they were nabbed by the officers and hustled off to the jail in Logansport. About a half a sack fall of fish were turned loose in the river. Shoey was given about forty-three days in jail, Moody’s case being postponed until his father could be communicated with.
