Local Teachers Attend.
The 21st annual meeting of the Northern Indiana Teachers’ association, which convenes at Richmond, Ind., April 2,3, 4, gives promise of being one of the most interesting and profitable in the history of the association. A rate of one fare for the round trip has been made by the railroads and it is expected that a great many of the teachers of this county will attend. The program shows that a number of eminent educators will act as instructors. They are Frank W. Gunsaulus, president of Armour institute and lecturer, Chicago; Charles F. Thwing, Ph.
