J Complaint No. 6442. Now comes the plaintiff by Foltz, Spitler & Kurrie, its attorneys, and files its complaint herein, together with an affidavit that the defendants, George \V. Fanson and Mrs. George W. Fanson, wife of said George W. Fanson, William W. Allen and Mrs. Allen, wife of said William W. Allen; Clendon C. Morrison and Mrs. Clendon C. Morrison, are not residents of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said Defendants, that unless they be and appear on the fifth day of March, 1903, the same being the 22nd Judicial day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the second Monday of February A. D. *903, at the Court House in the City of Rensselaer, in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in your absence. The complaint is in attachment to recover judgment on notes and mortgage.
