Carnival Talk.

Already the matter of holding another carnival in Rensselaer is being discussed, with the sentiment in favor of the carnival. The members of the K. of P. lodge, which gave the carnival last year, with whom we have talked, express themselves in favor of the carnival, and the matter will be brought before the lodge in due time. If it is decided to hold another carnival, it is probable that a contract will be made with the same company that gave the carnival last year, as the Wright Carnival Co. is one of the most reliable companies of this kind in the country and give an unobjectionable show. They have already written here in regard to the matter and desire to make a contract.

In case the Knights decide against giving the carnival there is some talk of the military company taking up the matter.
