Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper Comity, State of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The heading of said petition upon its merits will be on Tuesday, the third day of March, 1903, the same being the third day of their March term, 1903.
