Notice of Hearing of Ditch Petition. IN IHE MATTER OF SETH B. MOFFITT, ET AL. • Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the Auditor of Jasper County, Stale of Indiana, and viewers have been appointed who have viewed and reported said view which is on file in my office. The hearing of said petition upon its merits will be on Tuesday, the third day of March, 1903, the same being the third day of their March term, 1903. The prayer of said petition is that a ditch be constructed on the following route, to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of section thirty-four (34) township thirty-one (31) north, range seven (7) west, in Jasper county and running thence in a general westerly and northerly direction to its outlet in the Kankakee river, in section eleven (XX), in township thirty-one (31) north, range nine (9) west, in Newton county, near the east line of said section.
