Be it remembered that on the 3rd day of January, 1903, the above named plaintiff by Ferguson & Wilson, his attorneys, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Jasper county, Indiana, his complaint against the above named defendants in an action to quiet title to certain real estate in Jasper County, Indiana, together with the affidavit of a competent person from which it appears that the residence of the following named defendants, William 11. Price, Mrs. Price, his wife, and Mrs. Price, widow of William H. Price; Will 11. Farley, Mrs. Farley, his wife, and Mrs. Farley, widow of Will H. Farley; Arthur 11. Farley and Mrs. Farley, his wife, and Mrs. Farley, widow of Arthur H. Farley, and the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees, and all the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees of the unknown heirs, devisees and legatees, and all the creditors, administrators, executors and trustees of each and every one of the above named defendants are unknown, but they are believed to be non residents of the state of Indiana. Now therefore, the said defendants above named are hereby notified of the filing of said complaint and the pendency of said suit, and that the sarpe will stand for hearing and trial on the 2nd day of March, 1903, being the 19th Judicial day of the next term of said Court, to be held at the Court House in the City of Rensselper. Indiana, on the second Monday in February, 1903, and that unless they appear and plead, answer or demur to said complaint, the matters and things therein contained will be taken as true and confessed as against them, and the same will be heard and determined in their absence and decree rendered accordingly.
