NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS. Notice Is hereby given, that on Wednesday, the third day of the March Term, 1903, of the Commissioners’ Court, to wit, on the 4th day of March, 1903, at the Commissioners' l Court room, In _ the City of Rensselaer, Jasper County, Indiana, the undersigned Superintendent, fn charge of said work, with the approval of the Board of Commissioners of said county, will let to the lowest responsible bidder, by sealed bids, the construction, as a whole, in one allotment, of “THKBOUTH BARKLEY GRAVEL ROAD”ordered by said Board of Commissioners constructed; according to plans and specifications thereof, on file fn the office of the Auditor of said Counf y, which road Is of the total length of 44561 feet. Bidders will be required to file with bids made, bonds to the approval of said Board of Commissioners and the Superintendent in charge of said work, In not less than the amount of the bid made.
