There is an international interest to the reported increase in the American demand for sauerkraut. A Lebanon (Pa.) maker has just filled a contract for a fifteen ton supply of the great German delicacy. Germans have long maintained that lack of appreciation of such food varieties as theirs was responsible for American dyspepsia.
