Joseph Hall, the young man who sold the teachers’ examination questions at the M«rion Normal College, was found guilty in the circuit court Monday. Evidenoe was introduced as to his previous record, and it was found that he had previously borne an excellent reputation. He was fined SIOO and costs. The fine was paid.
