New Settlers for the West.

It is said that no less than 102,000 new settlers have passed througn St. Paul this year. Twenty-eight thousand were over the Great Northern and Northern Pacific to points west of the western line of North Dakota, 39,000 stopped off at Dakota points, 13,000 settled in Minnesota, 10,000 located in South Dakota, while the Omaha and Wisconsin Central roaus hauled 12,000 into Northern and Central Wisconsin.
