Jake McDonald is invoicing this week and will soon be installed as grocer in Sharon. John W. Daley, the mail carrier, was relieved from duty June 1, but will probably work till July 1. J. H. 1 oops had a fine mess of new potatoes of his own raising. The Childfen’s Day exercises will be held next Sunday at 7:30 P. M. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Daley were business visitors in Remington Monday.

Briggs Bros'., the tailors, of Rensselaer, were in Sharon Monday. Chas. Slaughter has been having considerable trouble with his eyes lately, having gotten some saw dust into them. Mr. and Mrs. C. Daley and Mrs. Toops took dinner with F. M, Pollard Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Jacks spent Saturday and Sunday in White county.
