A New Bridge.

The Lake county Commissioners met the Newton county Commissioners at Water Valley last week to, look over the bridge that spans the Kankakee at that point. The bridge has been in a dangerous condition for some time. The boards of the two counties reached the conclusion at their meeting that a new bridge is necessary; consequently as soon as possible a new one will be put up. It will require a bridge 555 feet in length and the probable cost will be over <2,000.
