Mrs. Wm. Jacks and Mrs. Frank Pollard visited Mrs. Kate Toops one day last week. Ben F. Smith is very sick at his home three miles west of here. Geo Lorentz left for the capital today in search of employment. Mrs. Joseph Blake spent last week with her parents. Mr. and Mrs. A. G. W. Farmer. Rev. Taylor was a business visitor in Sharon Monday. Misses Retta Gish and Lillian Chilcote spent Sunday with Misses Maud and Myrtle Roy Daley went to Gibson City Saturday to stay for the summer. A very sad accident is reported to have occurred in Milroy township last Sunday A daughter of Geo. Wood was accidentally shot and killed while handling a loaded rifle. Chas. Gish has sold a fine bunch of hogs to J. D. Babcock. Oat sowing is almost a thing of the past again, here. Thus the years roll by. Miss Rosa McGee is again a resident of the Egypt district. T. W. Daley was a business visitor at Wolcott one day last week. He has rented a room and will embark in the merchantile business there. Ray Adams was a caller in Sharon Sunday evening
