WILSON NOMINATED.

For Joint Representative of Jasper and Lake Counties. Jesse E. Wilson, of Rensselaer, was nominated for joint representative of Jasper and Lake counties at the con - vention at Hammond last-Wedpesday by acclamation, there being no opposing candidate. John O’Conner, of Jasper county, was chairman of the meeting, and Mr. Brown, of Lake county, acted as secretary. No better selection could have been made and Mr. Wilson will be a representative of whom both counties may be pr oud.
