The Spring Dress Goods.

The subject of clot hes is never so interesting as when the dainty spring and summer fabrics fill the shops. To anticipate in matters of dress is always difficult, as fashion is inclined to be whimsical. The Delineator, however, is singularly successful in this respect, as is indicated in the April number.
