The county commissioners have been in regular session this week. Saloon licenses were granted to Joseph Conway, of Parr, and Charles Ulm, of Remington. Contracts for poor farm supplies for the quarter were .awarded as follows! Groceries and queensware, to John Eger for <48.80; dry goods to B. Forsythe at <2145; clothing, notions and shoes to Louis Wilfiberg at <19.40. George J. Michaels et al., petition for highway. James 0. Thrawls, Benjamin Harris and M. H. Hemphill appointed viewers. August Goepp et al. petition for highway. Same viewers as above. Wm. B. Blankenbaker et al. petition for highway. Geo. F. Meyers, John O’Connor and Joel F. Spriggs appointed viewers. T. J.
