Hanly & Wood, of Lafayette, are the attorneys for the plaintiff The parties are residents of Brooks ton. They were married in 1899 and parted in May of the same year. Mrs Rariden alleges cruel and inhuman treatment and asks for a divorce and alimony of |BOO per year.
